Here Comes The Year

Tons of leftover confetti covered the streets in Times Square on New Year's Day. I was being pelted by the Target sponsored slices of paper as I walked to work. It was an exceptionally windy day, I think that's what caused all the excess to blow off the tops of the buildings. I hope everyone had a wonderful and not-so-disappointing New Year's celebration. Mine was very low key. Stayed in Hoboken to avoid paying way too much money in the city.

News Corp bought out the big monitor in Times Square (NBC used to own it) and I saw one of my graphics up on the screen. It was a cool moment so I took a photo. Look closely at the lower 3rd of the screen and that's my banner! That big black line is what happens when you take pictures of screens... has something to do with the frame rate.

This post goes out to my Gramps. Rest in peace.
