Gimmie That Egg

Yesterday, graphics were put on hold while we had an Easter egg hunt at work. These are not just any ol' eggs. Out of about 30, 10 have really good prizes inside. Like a day off, leave two hours early, come in two hours late, half day, boss take you to lunch day. Out of the 5 eggs that I found, the only thing I got was candy. Not bad but I was really hoping for the day off.

Zip

I got ZERO comments or suggestions on how to fix my alarm. Thanks a lot guys, thanks. I'm going to boycott this site until someone suggests a fix for the unreasonable loudness.

Every Single Morning

I am a user of this fine piece of electrical equipment. I bought it because it looked like a great way to charge my iPod while I slept, and at the same time wake up to my favorite tunes. This morning I woke up to Biz Markie's, You Say He's Just a Friend. That song has a way with words.
Anyways... for some reason every time the alarm goes off in the morning it immediately fades up to the highest level. I have gotten so used to it that even when I'm in the deepest sleep and I hear the alarm click sound it makes when its about to turn up, my arm pokes out of my oversized down comforter to stop the volume from reaching its max level. What’s up with this? Does anyone know how to stop this madness? It’s my fault I know for throwing out the manual when I first got it. I recently found the French version in a stack of papers under my bed, but that didn’t help me much. You may be thinking, try making sure the volume is down before you turn it off. Been there done that. I think it is some sort of combination lock type mixture of holding certain buttons down while I turn the volume down. Let me know if you figure this one out.

Hugs By Night and Charlie Too!

Permanently Pressed

Yesterday was the first day I took advantage of the drop-off laundry service where they wash/dry/fold your clothes for you. I am amazed! First of all, this girl folded my clothes like I could never do. They were perfectly pressed together like Tetris blocks. Not only that, but when I took them out an hour later... THEY WERE STILL WARM. Warm from the dryer. She must have folded them right after they were finished drying. It’s only an extra ten bucks, so I am definitely going to do this from now on. Today I’ll be strutting my stuff without any wrinkles in my jeans.

I'll Take Two

Today, my parents are on their way back home :( We had a grrrrreat time together. Sunday, we spent the day in the city. It was a beautiful Easter Sunday and we browsed many furniture stores. Here’s me at Armani Home in the most awesome chair ever. I'll like to take a couple home with me.
Now it’s back to the daily grind with an added sunshine and warmer and warmer and warmer time. In fact I think I’ll start that grind with a little reading in the park. Check ya later.
