Just Like Jeffery

This is Jeffery. He is a very cool DJ. I have a story to tell you about Jeffery. One night, Jeffery was DJing at his usual spot, the Maritime Hotel. I was enjoying my night but I knew there was one thing that could make it better; The Cure’s Just Like Heaven. If Jeffery could just play that song, it would brighten up my night like it usually does. I don’t feel like walking over to his table to request the song to Jeffery. I’ll just sit here and hope he plays it… Oh! Wait, Jeffery is walking towards me…. No he’s on a path headed to the bathroom, but he’s still going to walk by me. “Excuse me” I say, “could you please play The Cure, Just Like Heaven?” Jeffery exclaims, “Holy Sister! Come with me.” Jeffery ushers me up to his DJ table and places his extra-large, extra-loud headphones over my ears. The Cure, Just Like Heaven is playing. He takes the head phones off my head, looks deep into my eyes and says, “This song is going to play next.” Jeffery was in disbelief that this coincidence had occurred. I was like, cool man.
